Ley I've literally just started on agnus castus today. 1000mg, 1 tablet per day. I think the ones in h&b are 400 or 500mg so its 2 a day for those. Definitely worth a try.. I am!!xxxx

Try allergenics cream. Can be bought from h&b. It is actually like magic cream for my skin lol xxxx

I'm really excited about turning 24 but I have a good reason to be lol I think I wanna hit 25 and then stop ageing.
In my head I'm still a 16 year old school girl, the thought of turning 30 in the amount of years it's been since I left school scares me lol
