Hi all,

I have worked out a new plan, and DH is on board. I was hoping some of you experienced women could evaluate my plan for me.

I still haven't gotten AF yet, I'm on CD 40. I broke down and tested yesterday and it was negative, of course. I'm waiting now for AF so I can implement the new plan. I have had most tests (Day 3 tests, thyroid, ultrasounds, etc.) and everything looks fine.

Okay, here it is.

1. Whenever I am on CD1, I'll start charting my temperature. I ordered a 2-decimal place Fahrenheit thermometer and a big pack of OP strips last Friday, should hopefully be here by tomorrow.

2. Assuming my cycles straighten out and I get back on track, we'll seriously TTC October, November, and December. I am going to the US for a month in December. If I don't get a positive by my return in January I am going to see a fertility specialist in Athens who's supposed to be very good. Although if I have no problems, I don't know what he can do.

3. I want to try to have a more positive attitude. My attitude and mood are very bad right now. :(

Okay, that's as far as I've gotten. Is there anything I've missed? Thank you for reading this far.

Sounds like a good plan

IMO- PMA is overrated. (Oh, I should put that in my siggy, lol).

Ok, done.

I did have to nix my anniversary/marriage ticker. But, it's worth it.
Am I twisted or what? lol

Your hubby should get a semen analysis.

There is no need to start temping until after your menses ends.

You should be taking a prenatal with folic acid.

Sign up for Fertility Friend and do your charting there. If you need help with charting, or analyzing your fertility signs, it will be easier for us to help you if you have a FF account. The free membership is sufficient. There is also loads of information on the website that you may find interesting, if not useful.

Some doctors would like to see you try for six months before they do more testing. I don't know how old you are, but the average time to conceive for a woman in her late 30s is 10-12 months.

Good luck, and I hope success comes quickly for you.

She thinks it will take 3 months. :haha:

I thought it would take 1 month.

This is what I thought would happen....

Indigo, was that one cycle with or without a crack pipe? LOL

I thought eating watermelon would give me an alkaline uterine environment so I would conceive a boy!
