Congrats everyone - what wonderful Christmas gifts - BFPs!

AFM, I just got WONDERFUL news - My FSH is down to 11!!!!! 11!!!!!! It was 90 in May and 58 last month!!!!!!!!! All my hormone levels look good

Only issue is there are some things going on with my tubes - she said they can't tell if they are inside the tubes or outside, or if they are cysts or not. Recommended an HSG. Will be getting that done next cycle if I don't get pregnant this cycle - with the kids being home all next week, I can't fit the HSG in this cycle. Has anyone had an HSG? What can I expect?
