I officially started femara today. 5mg. They're considering this CD3 since my period started in the evening Friday. SA, HSG, and lab results to come, but the ultrasound showed bad PCOS. At least I have a cycle buddy!

Here they are (although you've already seen them J) bottom group from yest top group from today, bottom test of each group frist one taken that day with next test placed above. I hope to either see a good temp dip or (preferably) the start of my post-O rise in the am. Night all!

To begin with it was brown tinged mucus. I wiped again and it was BRIGHT RED, about the size of a penny. Wiped again and it was brown. It's been on and off all day. Sometimes I wiped and there was nothing. When I last went again it was brown tinged though no mucus look to it. Decided to use my speculum and have a look. My cervix is covered in blood (both brown and bright red by the looks of it).
Passed two tiny clots now, whilst it's still not enough to even go onto a pad - I am sure this is it Had stinging pains in my stomach earlier, have turned into mild-ish cramps.

Miss, are you sure it was not just random spotting? Is your cervix low and open?

When I checked cervix was really high but hard and covered in blood, fresh and brown. I had quite an eventful night really, I had the doctors appointment who I showed the tests to and I told her I am bleeding a lot more than a normal period, more painful too and she did my bp, it's on the low side probably because of how much blood I am losing, she wanted to send me into hospital but I refused, I wanted to keep myself busy looking after my children. She's prescribed some controlled drugs to help with the pain. I then got home and passed out... I woke up to my other half calling for an ambulance! I managed to stay out of hospital but at what cost? My poor 10 year old autistic boy now thinks that when I collapsed I died! I'd gone upstairs for the toilet and was telling them to settle down and go to sleep, next minute I'm on the floor and he's hysterical around me.
I've kept him off school today because he is still very upset and it's been a huge shock for him. I haven't told my children at the moment, I don't think it's right
