af due Friday. So I'm still a few days out. But with that test from yesterday, I thought i'd have a better line this morning.

Hoping they start turning darker soon for you! Friday is not far off, do you temp at all? I know my temp usually starts to drop two days before af shows.

I don't temp, but probably should! I'm just baffled kind of because the faint bfp from yesterday was visible to everyone I showed it too (dh, mom and sister). I've never had a frer do that without it being positive!
We shall see
I'm out of tests and honestly, all tested out haha!
So let Friday come and I'll know then.

So here's my deal. haha. I have so many of these.

I dropped my phone in the toilet right before af last month, so I lost all of my af and ov info i had on there.

AF started april 5th. I'm always 27-28 (99% of the timer I'm 28) day cycle. I DID, however use opk's a lot this month and my strongest (and what I believe to be my positive) opk was cd 15. Does that mean I o'd on cd 16? or 15?
And what the heck are my dates? ugghhhh this is why I like to use my phone. Def learned my lesson, I'll start using FF on the computer....

lol breaking open old ones can be dangerous! Well, breaking them open at all is not the best idea

If your positive opk was on the 15th, then you probably ovulated on the 16th or 17th. It is very very unlikely that you ovulated in the day of your positive opk. I'll see if I can find a chart yo show hat I am talking about.

I tried my best to bring out what I saw. I'm so bad, I'm teaching my 12 year old daughter how to squint with me! LOL

First one is my best attempt at showing you, the second is only cropped so you can try tweaking yourself if you want.

Typically, after a +opk you O up to 24 hours after so I'd say cd 16.

Ok here, as promised is the technical documentation as to why you probably want to mark the day after your positive as your ovulation date. I was off on the back end if my numbers the egg pops out 24-36 hours after. CB did a great job putting this together.

Man. I gotta figure out when I O'd too then! AF was April 6, I got a + opk on Cd16 and it was darker on cd 17. So I should be 7-8 dpo not 8-9. Just when I think I've got it down!!

And raye, you're probably only 9dpo right? We're only a couple days off from each other

I think the Lh surge triggers ovulation on rise not on fall. That means you start counting time when the opk changes from negative to plus, not when it goes away again. Your dates may not be off leahlou.

I didn't see it fall. It was dark cd 16 and darker cd 17. So I more likely O'd cd 17 or 18. Which would make me 7-8 dpo

Just got really excited for both of you (raye and Leah) that your days might possibly be off so that your hcg builds and you both get super obvious bfps!!!

Your posts made me dig out my tests and squint and squint some more. Compared to yesterdays, there is definitely something there, but it is so very faint, come on May already!! I'm ready to be added to the bfp list finally-I hope I didn't just jinx myself! uh-oh, I'm getting excited aren't I? If anyone doesn't see the line, I won't be offended, it is barely there, but I'm certain of it now after comparing to yesterdays test.

Keep em coming ladies! I don't think I'm going to get a chance to test today or tomorrow I don't think. Thankfully it doesn't matter too much since I likely wouldn't see a positive even if I was pregnant anyway lol.
