Miss - It was in proper place, just very slightly implanted in the lining, which is why it took the hysteroscopy to remove it. It probably took less time to remove this way, as he put a scope in first and was able to see exactly what he was doing, and as I wasn't fighting the pain and distracting him, lol. From check-in to release, I was only there for 3 1/2 hours and I haven't needed any more pain meds since last night and I only see blood when I wipe. Also, today is O day (according to my temps) so I am officially in my first legit TWW!!

Ladies, I'm struggling to fight the urge to pee!! It's bogging me down now, I am weak. *sigh* I bet I start testing for real tomorrow. It's just so boring being in the tww without having little sticks to stare at for hours on end!! Tomorrow will be 6 or 7 dpo.

I see it ever so faintly (i dont see a plus though, its so faint that the pic honestly doesnt do it justice) but i wasnt sure if my eyes were just playing tricks on me bc it was early in the am lol.

Retesting again tomorrow morning, unless my compulsion makes me poas tonight lol

m2p - I'm so sorry. I know how upset I was when I lost one right after the tests came back positive. I can only imagine your pain at carrying the baby so long before losing. Super-duper mega huge coming your way and FX for the next cycle bringing you a sticky bean.

AFM - I probably won't take another oxycodone today as the pain seems tolerable and I hope the removal bleed stops quickly, or at least slows so I can get a BD in today. I definitely O'd. After my ridiculously low temp yesterday that FF wouldn't allow me to log, my temp shot up to 97.9 today; it's never been so high since I started tracking 10-21. I sure hope this is a good sign. C'mon temp, stay high! only ID allowed!! FX

Jenny - not for me! I have two boys and really want a girl, but my bf wants a girl and a boy as he has no kids yet. Since I've already had to complicated pregnancies and two C-sections, I'd rather have b/g twins and get it them both at once.. lol

So I posted a new thread in the assisted conception forum, but no one ever answers me. Maybe you ladies can help? I have some questions about my results from the RE appointment yesterday....

Hubby - super sperm. 49 million post-wash with 61% motility. The fertility specialist actually used the word "superior" several times, much to my husband's delight. The last 24 hours he has been impossible to live with LOL.

Me - and here are where my questions come in. First, the bad news - my FSH is 58. The good news? It WAS 90 in May. I started taking CoQ10 a few weeks ago, started at 50mg a day and gradually went up to 200mg.

I had 2 collapsed follicles, and several between 14-15mm. My progesterone level was 0.4, so I haven't ovulated yet (I'm on CD51). I go in tomorrow for another scan and more blood work, I guess to see if the follicles have grown.

My lining is 9mm.

So here are my questions - is my lining 9mm because I'm gearing up for ovulation? Is 9mm good? And if my follicles have grown, does that mean they contain eggs? Or could they be "empty" follicles? Are follicles that size (14-15mm) ever empty? I'm new to all this. My first marriage I had 3 kids and the only time I "tried" (before I knew all about this stuff) it only took 4 months. I don't understand what these numbers mean in relation to ovulation. In your opinions, do you think I will be ovulating this cycle based on these numbers, or do these numbers really mean nothing because there could be no egg?

The RE thinks my periods might be irregular not only because of the Graves but that I may have actually conceived several times and miscarried without even knowing it due to a progesterone deficiency. I have progesterone gel, but they told me not to take it yet (I guess because they don't think I've ovulated yet?).

So I'm kind of wondering if this period isn't another early miscarriage. The last time that I was in this much pain for this amount of time was during my miscarriage. Plus this period is weird because I star cramping really bad and then I pass a bunch of blood and clots but then once the cramps die down then I go back to barely bleeding. I'm so confused and if the bleeding doesn't stop soon I'll be going to the doctor once the hubby is off nights.

Jenny I can only answer about the progesterone gel and they likely told you to wait because you haven't O'd. Progesterone before I can delay it. Lots of knowledgable women on bnb. Someone is bound to know!

JandJ - that's a scary thought. Sorry you're having to go through this. How many days have you been bleeding now? Let us know what's going on. I wondered where you had gone lately.

Jenny - this is my first time with all of this too, sorry I can't be of more help. Let us know how things go.

AFM I'm barely bleeding, only pink when I wipe, but I'm very tender inside. Hopefully my cervix and uterus are back to normal in a couple days so that if I caught the eggie, it will be able to stick.

I'm freaking out! Added to the tmi symptom I mentioned yesterday, I am nauseated this morning and have bad heartburn. I think I'm getting the flu. Also, my temped dropped back down to my baseline of 96.9 which leaves me doubtful about this cycle. I'm 2DPO today... I thought Yesterday was O day but that's because I'm not familiar with temping yet. My under baseline pre-O dip was Thursday and my record high was yesterday, so that was 1DPO..

I had my 2nd round of bloods and u/s this morning - I have a 20.7mm follicle! Thursday the biggest one was 15.6! That's good, right?
