FMU is first morning urine
SMU is second morning urine

Fmu and smu are first an second morning urine. Basically your first or second pee of the day.

I always used the brand Clinical Guard for ovulation or bulk home pregnancy tests. First Response or Clearblue Digitals are good brand but more expensive.

So my cell camera wasn't cooperating today, but I did my best. The line came up before the control line was up, is full thickness, and is most definitely blue and a little bit clearer than Sunday's test, even after drying. So here's a few pics. Only the pics that look tweaked have been altered. I took the pics before the test time limit bc I knew I was going back to bed. Morning sickness has officially hit hard since yesterday. I even bought some prego pops!

I've just ordered my first basal thermometer that I will use with OPK, can someone fill me in on what im supposed to be doing with the recording temp? I'm familiar with OPK and have a app with all my data of a years worth of cycles so I can a fairly good idea when I ovulate xx ttc #3 xx

The best and most accurate way to temp is to do so upon waking, before you've moved around much, and at the same time every day. Then just record your findings.
