The Shriners! Don't just do parades, there purpose is to help children at no cost to the families. Any child under 18 years old with birth defects such as Cleft Lip and Palate, children with orthopedic issues such as clubfoot, neuromuscular conditions like cerebral palsy or genetic anomalies like achondroplasia, children with spinal cord injuries and burnt kids all for free. The main goal of the Shriners is to help the children!!
