Suz - The thing you gotta remember is Lola KNOWS you're there, when your dad had her in a different room, she knew you were in the other room, that would of added to her panic of being with someone shes unsure of... for example, when i first left Finn at my mums for a few hours, he screamed the place down, my mum stood with him at the window and they watched me walk away as soon as he couldnt see me, he stopped crying and got on with it.

Its like ive seen BFing mums say on this forum loads, if they go out and daddy gives the last bottle, theyre fine with it, but if they try and do it when mummys in the house, the baby wont have it, they can sense when mummy is around.

I think the swimming is a great idea and should hopefully allow her to realise that daddy time is fun time, he can be in the pool and you can take her thru the changing rooms and pass her to him, stand there for a couple of minutes so she knows your around and as she starts enjoying it, go and sit where she cant see you, she may cry for a while, but she will probably come round and start to enjoy herself, its worth a try isnt it, if it doesnt work you havent lost anything.

Anyone want a baby that hasnt stopped talking since 5.45am this morning? Even when i was giving him his bottle he was talking.

Does anyone know if hayley is ok? She updated her fb status saying "oh" and i havent heard from her. She has my number to text me when she goes into labour. I will give her a text later but not now lol bit early.

Thanks I know what you're saying and yeah I agree that she probably acts up because she knows I'm around. Thing is, if I left her with my dad, sister, friend she would probably cry but at least I know that she knows who they are. The only reason she doesn't know him is because he doesn't come often enough. I told him to come every week, he said he'd come every other week, then he cancelled and hasn't seen her for 3 weeks! He agreed that he'd try his hardest with me around and since then he's seen her once! Anyway, I'll mention the swimming thing because I do want him to be able to take her, I need the time to do stuff and spending every other sat with him isn't my idea of fun!!

Anyway! How is everyone? I feel like shit had about 2 hours sleep because lola is full of a cold & wouldn't sleep. I have one grumpy baby today! And I've got a smear test this aft....ugh fun day or what? xx

I'v just said to OH I wonder if they selt there garden to the new housing estate, as the compony who built that tried their best to get people along this side of the street to sell part of there garden's (can fit about 3house's on our back garden's), but my mum wouldn't sell her's

I got a graco oasis city travel system. What base would I need for the car seat? :S
I know I don't have to have a base, I just think it might be abit easier to have one.

I have one that i dont use anymore lol. Im a bit of a pram freak and i have to get a new car seat too....

Probably Isofix, I wasn't to sure if all base's for graco was same or not, baby stuff like this confuse me I left the pram shopping to my mum...she know's better! Until it came to me considering a car seat base.
