I've never been to any kind of groups... my hv keeps telling me to lol!!

Can someone please tell me how my downstairs neighbours can make it sound like they are above us? Its weird you can hear them stomping around and move chairs all the time!!

Oh and its raining here... and they are starting a BBQ in the "shared" garden!
