Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version.
mmm i love pinnapple too, i remember sitting on my bouncy ball and eating a whole one, one night! my hubby was defo banned until i got desperate enough to try anything... hes still pretty much banned
you would have to eat like 20 pineapples for it to work lol!!
Oliver just had his first taste of a pringle He sucked the end of it and then looked at me as if i was mad... My HV told me to give him tastes of all our foods or little bits of some of our foods... just like a suck of a bit here and there so he will get used to flavours.
Im going to wait till about 5/6 months to wean. But he is a very hungry baby!!
A lazy day for us too.... got a huge nappy wash to tackle later, the buckets bulging!
We love giraffe's too Noah has got a mini jungle animal theme, I say mini as he's in our room and wont have his own fully decorated room til August when we move (hopefully)
The wall stickers he has up has a lovely yellow giraffe :O) Tesco (bigger stores) have a yellow baby sleeping bag, aged 6-18months with a giraffe on the front, we got one, its yummy!!
and you can get giraffe print nappies pinknes.....
gosh stop talking about pringles!! Ive given finn tastes here and there of things we've been eating, it is funny to see their faces. Although i gave him a fingertip of ice cream a couple of weeks ago and he slapped his lips
my hv said to wean issy at 17 weeks as hes so hungry all the time! he opened his mouth for my kit kat the other day as i moved it past him wen he was on my knee! lol x
I'm weaning Noah at 17/18 weeks, he's a hungry baby too.
DS 1 was weaned at 12 weeks as thats what the HV's told you to do 11 years ago, he's a very healthy 11 year old so I have no problem with weaninng before 6 months... there aren't generations of children the world over crippled with health problems because they were weaned before 6 months
All I'll say regarding weaning is make sure you're aware of the reasoning behind the latest guidelines and then make up your own mind from there. Please don't use the 'it was ok x amount of years ago and I'm alright' because there could be justification behind it or you could've just been lucky...
Remember, it wasn't illegal to not wear crash helmets on motorbikes in the 60s so would you not wear one now?
During the 50s, smoking was promoted as being GOOD for you - would you still believe that now?
I'm not trying to preach, we weaned at 5.5 months.. Just trying to make a point of people being well informed about their decisions xx
