You should look into a pregnancy body pillow. I got this one called a Leachco back and belly and it's amazing, helps me stay on my side and comfortable throughout the night.
I'm dreading not being able to sleep on my stomach again. It was definitely the one thing i was glad to get back after having DD. I can still comfortably sleep on my stomach this pregnancy and could at this point with DD too. Think it was early 3rd tri that it became too uncomfortable last time so I'm savouring these last few stomach sleeping weeks lol x
I have found the same. Even though I'm barely showing, sleeping became extremely uncomfy at about 16 weeks! I am managing for now with pillows for my knees, back and stomach, but I'll probably splurge on a pregnancy pillow soon.
I really want to try a pregnancy pillow, but I just don't think it would work for me. I would feel claustrophobic. I have a hard time just sleeping with a pillow between my legs. Ahhh
I think I'll have to ask for a pregnancy pillow off oh for my birthday there's nothing worse than tossing and turning all night because you can't get comfy x
DF's getting me a pillow today. The issue i'm having is that by about 4am I wake up with terrible back pain. Putting pillows between my legs etc doesn't seem to do anything for it. So painful. Means I can't get back to sleep - I think it must be a mattress issue!
I keep waking up, I think it's more subconscious, because they say not to sleep on your back. I think it's time to look in to a pregnancy pillow haha x
I got a pregnancy pillow when i was pregnant with my 2nd, and even after i gave birth i continue to use it. and now im pregnant again i still have it to hand.
Deffo worth investing in
I think the worst part of my pregnancy is occasionally peeing when I sneeze
