I hope this post doesn't appear insensitive. My intention in writing it is to give you hope and inspiration that there is hope after miscarriage, or several miscarriages.
In my darkest days after my 2 mcs last year, I had moments where I doubted I would ever be a mum and have a successful pregnancy, and I felt terrified of trying again in case the same thing happened again, or worse, that I'd lose the baby further into the pregnancy next time.
I found out I was pregnant for the third time in December and after a very long, tentative and stressful 9 months, (and 2 previous miscarriages for which there has never been an explanation for 'just one of these things' the doctors said), I gave birth to my little boy on 26th August
Of course, I'll never forget the 2 babies that I lost, however I just wanted to share my story with you and show you that there IS hope after miscarriage and you can go on to have a successful pregnancy in the future.
