Thickening my lining in a hurry?

Hey gals!

So I was at my gynecologist today to check everything was OK after my weird chemical, he said everything was fine but I saw his notes on the screen that said my lining was 4mm, unbeknownst to him I'm 4dpo! Surely that's unacceptably thin (and probably explains why I've not gotten a bfp for 8 months till last month's chemical)

I could go on and on, but anyone know the best fast way to thicken my lining? I'm on the clock before possible implantation here!

Sadly the drs here refuse to do anything until 1 year is up, even if it's obvious
