I have it too! Not at all times, just at night. I will wake up and my thighs will be aching pretty bad. It helps to move around and stretch the leg muscles often, so the blood flows better...I don't know what causes it other than the hormones loosening the joints etc, but that's what I do when I get the pain. Also drink loads of water
I'm having thigh cramps right now! Tried taking a hot bath and it helped a bit. The pain isn't completely gone,still better than before. I have had many episodes of calf cramps which were relieved only by massage
