I do most of mine online and have for years. The one thing I hate is when you have placed an order and you go into the site a day or so later, and one or more of the things you ordered are on sale. :dohh:

Another thing I don't like is when the items go out of stock. Half the time what's online is not available in the actual store. So, you have to go searching for another gift idea.

Or when you've chosen an item, it's out of stock on the website yet has a special online offer price. Which means, if you do find it in the store, it's not on sale like on the website.

Yeah I hate the sale thing. Last year I bought my husband Tomb Raider for the Xbox, couldn't find it anywhere cheaper than about £45 after doing hundreds of price comparisons then the week of Christmas Game did it for £29.99. However, I've been very careful to shop around and have been doing since July in the summer sales as I hate getting burnt!

I do most of mine online too and don't get too stressed. I do get annoyed at our local cheap card store though! It's so cheap I don't like to go anywhere else, but it's so small and crowded, there's never any matching envelopes and elbows go here there and everywhere!

We did it online this year (although we've still got a few more to get) but last year we actually went out and shopped and the amount of people that push and shove you around to get to what they want is unbelievable. I wouldn't dare do that to anybody.

Also the length of the queues, they were awful

I'll definitely be sticking to online shopping in future!

I hate....other Christmas shoppers! I'm so intolerant when Im stressed shopping xxx

nothing i love it! i normally hate shopping and avoid it at all costs but at christmas i just love it, but i still try to go at times when i know not a lot of ppl will be wherever im going lol

I hate the crowds and the queues ... people are SO inconsiderate i get so annoyed, OH is worse than i am!!

same as pp- the crowds and queues!

I refuse to go shopping at the weekends what a nightmare x

Mainly I hate other people lol I also hate when it's cold and dark and you have a tonne of heavy bags to carry, then your bus is late and when it does come it's crowded and you have to stand up and then walk the 25 minute walk home in the dark... needless to say I will be doing most of my shopping online this year!!

I don't mind going into malls by myself at Christmas, but with the kids, I get stressed. Consistently wondering where the kids are, getting asked by my kids if they can have this or that, and being slowed down by them if you know what I mean.

Love my kids but love shopping for Christmas by myself and then I can tolerate the crowds. Add kids to it, and it's a more stressful occasion. :)

However, no matter by myself or with my kids, I hate the lineups at the cash register!!

With that said, here's what else I hate. Buying off of Ebay because a certain toy is not available in your country. Spending double and then seeing that a toy store in your city has now started to carry it, and you could have saved more than 1/2the cost. :dohh:

The shopping malls always seem to have the heat jacked up in the winter-- I HATE IT! Esp. the department stores!!

I don't go to Wal Mart in Nov/Dec if I can help it.. it's always packed and for some reason, people walk slower and stop in the middle of the aisle in Wal Mart more often!!

I actually quite enjoy it but I always end up in a bad mood because of other people! The amount that will literally shove out of their way is so annoying. And those who moan at the tops of their voices about queue sizes when it's not going to go any faster.
