think my body and brains confused lol

Hi everyone

I thinky my body and brain all confused. I wake up about 5am with daughter and its cold, foggy and slighly dark, i sit with dressing gown on and nice hot cup of tea on sofa. my body thinks it winter.
Then midday turns up and im in garden with summer clothes on sweating, feeling like summer, no wonder my body is knackered by end of day lol
