Just trying to make sure that this is a positive OPK and I'm not going crazy! Haha. If this one is positive, it would make this my 7th day of positive OPK's. Idk what's going on with me!

Are you sure you're not pregnant? I've seen that OPK's can be positive way before pregnancy tests.

I probably really should take a HPT, but I'm kinda scared too...because if the result isn't a BFP then that probably means I need to go get checked for PCOS...but that looks like a positive for sure on that OPK, right?

100% positive! I would say definitely get a FRER HPT and like you said, if it's BFN, then you may have PCOS, that's the only other reason I've heard for why OPK's remain positive.
