this is weird? help please

Feb 2013 my AF came a full week early. Since then my cycle alternates in length depending on which side is ovulating. I have always been regular 26 days up to this point. So that time I only had a 18 day cycle and the following was 33. They are just starting to get closer but still one is 22-23 days and the next will be 27-28. I chart my ovulation and that is always 14 days prior to AF regardless of cycle length.

Has this happened to anyone else? This may be confusing so please ask if I can clarify anything. I especially concerned now that we are TTC again.

Irregular cycles are extremely common and can be brought on by any number of things. Since it came on suddenly after you being normal before, it wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor about it.

It shouldn't hurt your chances of TTC as long as you employ another method of pinpointing ovulation, such as OPKs, or just have sex every other day after your period ends.
