This wall seems to be getting bigger

Well i had my appointment today at the hospital for another set of bloods...
they only wanted my bloods.. wanna check all my antibodies.
i was promised by my GP id get my results today... the refused to give me any answer to my results said i have to wait untill the others return which will be mid sept end of sept then i have to go back and disscuss my options!!!

That seems a long time until blood tests can be returned. It is so frustrating waiting for answers.

there nt just any bloods tho.. there for chromasone & genetic problems, antibodies, tests on the baby and a smear tests.

That does not seem right. It seems like they should be able to give you the results that they DO have!

It took just over 6 weeks for mine to come back for those tests, and that was private xxx

Yeah, you'd think! They wouldn't give me any answers either, I guess they need the last set to gather the whole picture??

i will have been waiting 3 months by time its over... its crap...

I know, I feel for you, I really do. They may not have any "results" though, ie there's nothing technically wrong, which is almost as frustrating as finding there is something wrong...

Have you had an HSG done yet? That's what they did to me, after all the bloods came back.

no they think its summat deeper than a basic HCG tests...

Well if the results are inconclusive, I'd insist. All they found out on my tests was I'm border hypothyroid, then they did the HCG and discovered that my right tube was blocked (which had somehow been missed in the Lap!!) and that there was a poison stuck in the tube, so every time I got pregnant it flushed into my uterus and killed the baby. That was in April, now we're TTCing again, so fingers crossed that was the problem.

its nt that our baby grows has everything perfect untill the same point every pregnancy... they think summat very deep. genetical malfunction.

all the waiting is so difficult and frustrating isn't it hun we were the same had to wait till tested DH to b told my results it was like WTF do they not realise that all this is so emotionally difficult without them witholding info it makes u feel so out of control .
