Typically I do mine monthly. About £35 maximum in the electric and in winter about £60 in the gas.

I put about 10-15 on elec and 25 a WEEK on gas. Would love to know how you can all put much less on than me! Our house is always freezing but can only have the heating on twice a day for an hour each time as it costs too much!

How do you all spend so little??? I put the same on every month to try and build it up though the summer and I put 60 on each!!! Our heating is on a timer and goes on an hour in the morning and then 2hours in the evening for the kids to have their bath and get into bed! Our house is so cold we been cuddling on the sofa with our quilts!

Gas is about £10 a week in winter and £10 a month is summer, I'm a cheap skate though, we havent put our heating on yet properly just bung it on every so often to take the chill out the air, other than that its jumpers and blankets

I only heat 1 room in the morning, in the evening I heat my son's room and the downstairs room. I take quick (electric) showers, boy only has 2 baths a week. There's only 2 of us so I guess that's why it's less money too.
