I know that it helps some babies sleep longer yet I know of FF feed babies that still wake frequently whilst some BF babies sleep through. I think it depends on the baby. Ellis feeds every 3 - 4 hours still but the evening bottle gives us 6hrs which is fine with me. Ellis was sickly the first few times he had Fomula but we have found forumlas he likes (Cow and Gate and Apitimal) and ensure he more upright when fed and winded after every oz which helped ease his wind.
