i read somewhere years ago that alliteration is supposed to be a good thing and people with the double sound names (like Stephanie Seymour, Daniel Day, James Johnson etc...) are more confident and successful

I think alliteration names can sound good but it depends on the names.
I personally wouldn't go for Lilah Langford, because the la-la in the middle sounds a bit stuttery and doesn't flow well in my opinion. Lilah is pretty though! Maybe if you break it up with a middle name?
