haha lou. what dogs gave you got. Ive got a really overweight black lab who is so dopey its unreal her name's berry boo.

it must be a lab thing I have 2 labs, a yellow one called Sprocket and a black one called Bailey, Bailey was the one who nearly went sailing off like Mary Poppins. He is so fat and goofy I have to laugh at him

aw lou i love your woof's names what have you bought then. Its my birthday on friday and i cant wait to go out and buy some clothes for winter, its freezing.

ladies can i just tell you all my good news.........i fit into my pre pregnancy size 10 jeans im over the moon never thought this day would come, ive gone from 12stone3-4lbs post partum to just under 10stone ive still got a few lbs to go but im so proud ive worked my arse off to loose the weight and 10 months on ive done it

Way to go Char! I seem to be well on the way to my pre-pregnancy weight too - unfortunately I was 3.5 stones LIGHTER after having Fran that when I got pregnant

anna if you dont mind me asking whats the depo injection like was thinking of asking my DR about it as pills are just a ballache.

I like it because I don't get periods lol! I sometimes get a bit hormonal a couple of weeks before my next injection is due but apart from that I'm fine.

The only problem is it's been proven to increase your appetite. I was doing really well at eating well and keeping my weight off then I had my first jab at my 6wk check up and BAM! I couldn't stuff enough food into my face!

I put loads of weight on when I was on it before but it's one of the only things I can have being so heavy - oh the irony lol!

I bought 2 pairs jeans, pair of uggie type boots from RI, long cardi, couple tops for through the day and pair of high nude heels. And a bobble wooly hat with a fairisle print.

char -----arnica oil is meant to be really good at healing scars or you could just slap some body foundation over it hun.

Bio oil should help scars in the same way as stretch marks I would have thought - help them fade. Arnica is really good for bruises but I've not heard of it being used for scars - not saying it isn't though lol!

found this ner ner ner ner ner I think bio oil would probably be cheaper in all fairness though. you can get it online hun. You could also get a spray tan aswell as they cover my stretch marks up good.

here you go chicken thats by max factor and ive seen good reviews on it just be sure to really rub it in good so you dont get a patch.

What about that airbrush stuff from Sally Hansen? I knw it's meant to be used on your legs but I've used it on my arms and it looks really good xx
