Aw that's good love - I've never had any problems either. Most place either provide heating facilities or will heat them for you. In fact we went to a county show in the summer so I just took an empty jug with me and got some boiling water from one of the catering vans! If all else fails you can buy special flasks with a lid that serves as a jug to sit the bottle in.

I went to Asda, the costumes are so limited, I tried the "pirate wench" on, it didn't even cover my bits & bobs

I have a pink tutu, that's VERY short & lots of face paints/makeup

No idea where else have costumes

Wear some black leggings with it and a black strappy top, then just buy accessories like cat ears or a witches hat. That's what I've done in the past
