Just got home from Steve's birthday meal. I had a mahoosive carvery - which I could by no means finish because I had a starter too. I managed a slice of my home made chocolate birthday cake though

Fran didn't have a nap this afternoon and as such refused to eat anything but a few tomato puffs and 2 fruit pots for her tea! She fell asleep as soon as we set off home but we had to disturb her to change her bum and get her into her pj's. She settled quite well but hasn't had her porridge tonight.

Fingers crossed she is so tired she sleeps through to a decent hour - I'm not holding my breath though lol

Lol Lou I'm the same, I've already got quite a few presents for LO but have planned even more and it's not even December

Did you have a nice time Anna? I hope Fran sleeps well tonight.

I don't think LO is feeling very well but it is 9 days since her mmr so I think it's that. I put her to bed and she was asleep within 5 minutes so hopefully she will sleep ok.

We had a lovely time thanks - Steve's family and our best friends were there

I'm now sat with my feet up watching Fringe with a glass of rose spritzer lol!

Well I just wasted the last two hours trying to be all Christmassy watching a really rubbish film. Even Chad Michael Murray didn't make it any good

we're having a quiet day, no naked rolling here........yet

Just back from walking the dogs, I swear the 2 of them conspire against me. Every walk there's a drama.

I'm trying to be diet-y good but there's a pack of cupcakes in the cupboard calling to me. Must. resist.

I have home-made cupcakes, a tub of ben and jerry's in the freezer and Fran's halloween chocolate in the cupboard! Hmmmm - what do I eat first lol!

I would heat up the cupcakes and have them with the B&J with the chocolate on the side. Don't want any of them to feel left out.

They are smothered in my gorgeous chocolate butter icing - that might not taste so nice heated up! But they would taste amazing with the B+J

I was going to make some cakes today but daphne's had other plans! She napped right through when we were supposed to be at baby group, a massive 2 hour nap and she's been hyperactive ever since!

I got my friend and her little boy to come round and keep Fran occupied while I did some baking on Wednesday - did the cupcakes and a birthday cake for Steve lol.

I have homemade truffles to eat they are delicious!
