Thread killer........

Ok I'm kind of copying the grotto's rules here. Cards should be sent by the 1st of December so we don't risk them not arriving in time.
You don't sign your name so it stays a secret so it can be signed 'Love your secret santa' or something like that. I'll announce who got who after Christmas.
If everyone could use first class stamps that would probably be best, again to assure they arrive in time.
When you receive your card if you like you could post a picture here so we can all aww over it :)

Me too :happydance:

Also could everyone pm when they have sent their cards. There isn't enough of us to post it on this thread without it being obvious.

So does the person we send cards to send us a card back or is it a different person?

No each of us has been allocated someone to send a card to, not necessarily the person who is sending us one. If that makes sense.

The person you are sending to will send to someone else.

What does everyone prefer just sending a card or would you like to add a little gift?

Gifts are nice but it's cards I love, so I'm happy to just receive a card - but I don't mind either way lol

I would be happy with just a card as well but want to make sure everyone is happy with whatever we do.

Thanks for organising it Lil, I'm verrrrry excited :happydance::happydance:

I love getting cards andd will be happy whatever is decided xx

Hello!

Fran went to her Nanna and Grandads for lunch today! Steve and I went into Derby and had Nando's before watching Tin Tin at the flicks. Was so lovely spending some quality time together - and I got very excited at using the escalator instead of hanging around waiting for lifts lmao!

We did a bit of guilt shopping though, bough Fran a gorgeous John Rocha outfit from Debenhams - she's worth it though lol!

Glad you had a nice time.

Ella completely blinded me earlier for about 10 minutes and then got all upset and worried lol.
AND didn't want to say anything before but for the last 3 nights I have put LO in her cot sat the other side of the room facing away from her and she's got to sleep in less than 10 minutes without any fuss at all.

I had a hair band on and she pulled it infront of my eyes and let go  my eye's still hurt.

Fran tried picking Steve's nipple off the other day - she proper flicked it with her finger nail

 aww

Thanks :) tomorrow I'm going to try sitting in the doorway and gradually make my way out. Is it possible that after 16 months I might actually be able to leave the room BEFORE she goes to sleep?
