Hello ladies,
Im looking for some advice on dealing with thrush. Ive been dealing with this since a week or 2 after conception. Im now a few days short of 34 weeks. I seem to have built up quite the tolerance to the discomfort. My concern is now that the baby will catch it during labour. Its been confirmed as thrush (twice) by the doctor. Ive used canestan pessary but it does nothing. Im taking high strength probiotics, avoiding scented products, tried natural yogurt and I generally wear loose fitting clothing.
If Im honest, I know my diet could be better but I do love chocolate. Has anyone else dealt with such stubborn thrush that just wont go? Any advice on what else I could try. I really dont want the baby to catch this and it effect breastfeeding.
