You need to use the 'BB' code or something under the forum signatures bit I think.

Yeah, you're using HTML. When you create the ticker Lilypie will give you several code options to choose from.. you need to use BB Code. Your hint will be brackets that look like '[' instead of '<' and it should say something about sharing with forums...
