Tickers...

Ok so without sounding dumb... is there a ticker that can have two anniversaries on?? What I mean is 1 ticker but including how old Alex would be and how long since he grew his wings?? I gathered this would look better as 1 but not sure how to find one?? Basically my 2 bottom tickers in one with one lot of writing above and the other below??

Im not making much sense today but if anyone understands me or knows where I can get one I would very much appreciate your replies
