Time of the month and weightloss

Hi ladies... Does anyone find that they lose less during their "on" week? Just wonder because of bloat and whatnot if I should be expecting to gain or STS this week, or if it won't make that much of a difference?

Will upping my water intake help?
 
I find it so hard to exercise or eat healthily when its AF time. I usually bloat out so gain a little but after its finished I go down to normal or lose a little. Water might help, not too sure on that one
 
Can go either way with me, but following week usually all back to normal.
 
100% normal to retain water, never weigh yourself during TOM.
 
I never weigh myself when its TOM, as I'm all bloated ect it's not my true weight, so maybe weigh yourself the week after you finish, ergh I feel so demotivated when it's TOM but somehow I pull myself up!

i usually weigh a little heavier during TOM and im usually more hungry a few days before af shows up-not good!!
 
^^I'm always hungrier the days leading up to AF too. :growlmad:

But, I actually seem to lose faster during AF weeks. I have no idea why. But I gain like crazy the day I ovulate and it's nearly impossible to lose that back off every month. Quite frustrating.

I weighed in yesterday and lost 3lb which is consistent with the 2 weeks before AF. I drank a ton of water so maybe that helped. Will be curious to see how next week is after AF.
