Time to Exercise

TIME! I'm really finding it difficult to exercise around a busy schedule. With f/t work and p/t uni, I have no time left!

So I wanted your tips on how you use your time to find and plan the time to exercise? :flower:

I bought an elliptical to use since it's super cold here and I love it! I'll use it for about 40ish minutes while watching a TV show. I'll alternate between doing that, and a yoga/pilates DVD :)

Right after having the baby I started with yoga because it's not a strenuous activity and I didn't want to put my body through anymore stress! But now that I'm back to feeling myself I needed to step up the intensity with a short workout and without adding a financial burden. So now I do workout videos from the Beachbody company and I'm finding that it's a really great way to do an intense workout, in a short amount of time -- usually 45 min to an hour. Definitely helped me. :)

I go on a 30 minute brisk walk every day with my baby and the dog.
My husband also looks after baby while I go on the exercise bike :)

That kind of exercise is quick and to the point - I like it!!
