Day 13

2 pieces whole grain toast with marmalade

lettuce sarni on wholegrain bread

low fat natural yoghurt

oven chips, 2 eggs and beans


Exercise

1 hr 15min hilly walk

2 hours gardening

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr bad day today, I just wanna eat eat eat! I'm not even hungry but I just want to stuff my face!

So seeing as I am feeling like that, I'm not doing too bad lol

tuna sarni

bran flakes and semi milk
ocean pie

weigh day tomorrow I have a feeling it is going to be BAD news :cry:

Not as good as last week but still getting closer to my goal which is all that matters!

Thinking of joining weight watchers now so I know exactly how much I should eat.
