Tingly/ numb feeling in butt and vagina area

For the past week I've been having this tingly, almost numb, but I can still feel it numbness in the vagina and butt area and also in the soles of my feet. I've had my baby 5 months ago, not sure if this is related. Tried googling it, can't find anything. Anyone have any ideas what this can be?

I've booked a gp appointment, earliest they had is on Friday.

No advice but interested to hear what the Dr said. I have had areas of permanent numbness down below ever since giving birth and wondered what had caused it. Hope you got some answers!x
