Tiredness and sickness

Does anyone else find that the more tired you are/less sleep you have had the worse your sickness is? Yesterday I had slight nausea but had quite a decent nights sleep. Today I feel as sick as a dog as I didn't get to sleep til 2am then my alarm woke me at 7.30am went back to sleep for Dh to wake me again at 8.30 (so much for having a lie in).

Think I'm going to have to start getting as much sleep as possible now. x
