TMI mucus plug..?

I went to the bathroom and have had a crampy bump for 3 days and nausea, and I just wiped and saw a huge mucus glob but with no blood at all.. is it normal at this stage to be having things like that happen?

I have been loosing mine for weeks now. Every time I wipe i get a massive gloopy lump. But hasn't meant anything for me unfortunately. I started to loose it really early on and I've been told it can regenerate itself xx

As it regrows it can be normal i have had some since early 20w but if it does get blood in it or you get regular pains etc it would be best to call someone for advice
