I have had diarrhea for the last two days and upset stomach. Could this be sign of labor? Also have increase in discharge.

I have had a couple tummy bugs during this pregnancy and nothing happened.. Especially with no other symptoms... Keep an eye on it but I think your fine

I've had it for maybe a week now, worse today. but them I'm now getting low back aches, on off pressure in low tummy and had aching thighs all day so I can't say it's not at the moment, lol.

I've heard it's normal late in the third tri when baby is almost ready to come. Feel better soon!
