How many times does your LO have poopy diapers a day?? Just curious bc my LO was just switched last week from Similac Advance to Similac Sensitive due to horrible gas and spitting up...it really seems to be working but the day before yesterday and yesterday her poops were rather hard. I called the dr's office and they said that it was normal and if I was concerned I could give her 2 oz of baby juice a day (1 oz following 2 bottles) and that should soften them up. So I've done that and today there is NO POOP! She ALWAYS poops! So I'm a little worried..and a couple times today she's been grunting and bearing down like she is pooping, check her diaper and nothing...and all my gf's said that when their LO's had juice (I used apple, but I'm gonna use prune come Sat...dr said I can use 1 flavor of juice at a time for 5 days in case she develops any allergies that I know which juice its from) that they had explosive diarrhea??? And she is taking in between 3-5 oz every 4-5 hrs...sometimes 6 hrs if she's sleeping.

For the first two weeks of DD's life she had 6 or 8 a day.

For weeks 3, 4 and 5 it was one a day, though a couple of times she skipped a day and had two the following day.

In the last 2 weeks she's gone up to 3 or 4 a day

They like to keep us on our toes!

My LO has a massive one every day sometimes every other. He is on Aptamil comfort and does not like pooing. His poos are green and he is windy at the mo, im gonna ask the gp about it next week at his 6 week check xx

My LO only goes every third or fourth day... always has done though so I don't worry about it - that's just his pattern, he shows no sign of discomfort or constipation. When he goes they are massive though!
