I would get a wrap and a buggy board. My eldest was 14.5 months when my second was born and too young to walk so we invested in a baby jogger city select which is fab but big! I think it's probably more solid than my car though lol. When my third was born my eldest was 2.5 and my second was 15.5 months and we just continued to use the city select. I've definitely had my wear out of it but it was a £700 pram I'm glad I did! if we can afford it this time I'm gonna get a cheap pre loved baby jogger city mini double, if not I'll just get an Oyster single again (fab pram) and use the wrap.
