To TTC or not before first af after mc....what did you do?

Hi ladies.
I had my erpc on 22nd jan and if my cycle is normal I should get af at the end of February. Now I would have been 19w on the day of my erpc and knew about my mmc on 4th dec at the 12 week scan. I was all ready to wait one cycle before ttc again but now I'm itching to get trying again. So my question is. ...is anyone else trying before first af? I also had a mc before this mmc so my friends who got pregnant at the same time as me back in early june last year and are starting to reach their due dates which makes me want to ttc even more.
I am worried that the lining of the womb etc will be too week and I also want to eat healthily etc and take my supplements to increase egg quality to give the next pregnancy a better chance....
but at the same time I'm 36 and want to keep trying.
I have a beautiful daughter who turns 2 on Monday and I don't want a huge age gap between her and her potential sibling.
What are you doing/did you do?

There is no evidence to support a need to wait any length of time to TTC following an uncomplicated miscarriage. Every pregnancy carries a risk of miscarriage and there isn't any evidence to suggest a pregnancy immediately following a loss has an increase risk. I had a chemical immediately following mine but I don't feel that had anything to do with not waiting.

Basically, if you fee emotionally ready, aren't still bleeding there's no need to wait. But also don't feel you have to try again right now either. The decision is yours

PS you must have been due right around the time I was. I would have been 20 weeks on Monday . I'm sorry for your loss

I'm sorry to hear about your loss too. I was due June 18.
Thanks for the info about ttc. I think I'm not going to bother using bc before af and after first af I'll start using my opks. Que cera cera.
I had a natural mc at 8 weeks last July and got pregnant again after one af with my mmc so waiting one cycle doesn't always help either.
