tommee tippee single bottle steriliser advice please??!

Hi does anyone know how the single bottle tommee tippee steriliser is meant to be used. I bought the complete starter kit and it doesn't come with instructions for this! How much water required for the microwave and how long for? Also should vent be open or closed when in the microwave?

100ml of water at 6mins I think!

I think the vent should be open when in the microwave and shut when left out but I could be wrong x and I use 100ml for 7mins x
