Too similar?

Hiya, I was just out at the tumble drier and a name just come to me! Emily but with my name being Emma do you think it's too similar? Honest opinions please and open to suggestions my other 2 are called Christian and Isabel x

It goes with your other children's names nicely but I do think it's quite similar to your name. That isn't necessarily a bad thing though!

Just imagine yourself saying "Hi this is Emma Smith, Emily Smith's mom" and see if it works for you
