Too soon?

I am 17+5 weeks. I lost my little boy in Jan 2010 after finding out at 20 weeks that he was very poorly. We had our rainbow baby in August 2011. I didn't buy anything for her until after our 20 week scan.
I was offered some cloth nappies today at a really really good price. So I bought them but now worried it's too soon.
