My dd1 (6.5) has always had weird teeth, never gone by the book.
Anyway, 3 of her top teeth have fallen out. 2 front ones and the one to the right (left one is wobbly and has been for a bit too) her right adult tooth is growing in, it is quite big, as are all of her adult teeth so far, and as it is growing in, it is pushing one of her baby teeth forward to the point that it is sitting horizontally out of her gum. This tooth isn't wobbly and she says it annoys her because it sticks into her lip a bit. I'm assuming it's just one of these things, but I don't think I've ever seen anything like it before especially as her other tooth isn't ready to fall out. She did have 21 baby teeth, the one that is sticking out is the extra one that shouldn't actually be there, so I'm worrying in case it could cause any problems. More than likely not, but is it worth a trip to the dentist?

I’d go to the dentist to get it checked out. Has she been to a dentist yet? Not really sure what they could do but since it’s bothering her I think it’s worth a visit b

She had a checkup about 3 months ago but her tooth hadn't fallen out at that point so it wasn't like that. I'm going myself next week so might just ask while I'm there with a picture so I don't have to take her for nothing.

I'd take her to the dentist, looks like it must be quite annoying so probably best to have it taken out.

Yeah, head to the dentist. I had overcrowding which pushed my teeth out a bit, not to the extent your DD has but it was still annoying and they were removed because otherwise they would have caused issues with the adult teeth coming in.

Might be worth having that one taken out by the dentists.

I’d probably get it taken out. I had overcrowding and it caused my adult teeth to come in crooked too and I ended up with braces. I’m not saying the overcrowding was the sole reason for my braces as most of my teeth were uneven but it definitely played a part. Her adult teeth so far look lovely and even so I would get it removed sooner rather than later just in case. X

I would also opt for it to be taken out especially if she is already experiencing some discomfort with it being there
