Hello all! I am 25 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I recently visited my chiropractor after a really long and painful night, and found out that not only did I have a few ribs out of place, but I somehow also managed to bust the cartilage in two different places between my ribs on my left side! My chiropractor told me, "4-6 weeks of recovery. Ice to numb the pain, heat to help you sleep. Take pain medication. That's all you can do." Uh, great. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for dealing with the pain while it heals? Or helping it to heal faster? Sleep was hard enough just being pregnant, and now I can hardly sleep at all!

No. :( Ribs being out of place is SO painful! Sorry that you are also dealing with it being pregnant; I can imagine it is awful!
