Not 100% sure where to post this....

LO has been on 2 milk feeds a day since he was about 9 months old...first things in morning, last thing at night. He is breastfed, always has been, never has had a bottle but very very good at drinking water out of his cup.

I have made the decision to move him onto cows milk, so have started with swapping the morning milk to cows milk. I plan to keep the bedtime feed as boobie until at least a year.

I put some milk in a cup for him and he will have a little bit but really not very much at all. Maybe 100mls max...on a good day, this morning it was none! He doesn't ask me for boob instead, he seems quite happy to wait until it is breakfast time, normally about an hour later. So it's like he's not bothered about milk at this time.

He has lots of cows milk in his cereal, and try to make sure he has lots of other dairy in form of yogurts, cheese etc.

My question is is this a problem that he is having so little milk in the morning? Any tips or suggestions to get him to take more?
