i have one killer trapped nerve in my neck and its affecting my neck and shoulers i cant lean my head forwards it really really hurts.. it feels like wiplash. i dont no how 2 free it iv tryed hot water bottle, pain killers 2 ease the pain and a warm bath.. hubby wont help he hurts more than helps..
