Tremendous pressure 39+2

Could it mean anything? I've had a few painful BH in my sleep that woke me up but not regular at all. I feel quite uncomfortable, getting BH here and there and find it impossible to walk due to the pressure. Haven't lost my plug or anything though which I did last time with K so not sure what to expect.
