Trigger shot affect Early Preg Test Result?

Hi there

just wondered if you could help put my v excited mind at ease!

Trigger shot was 14/02 @ 10pm, EC was 16/02, ET was 18/02. ETD is Fri 04/03...

but I've already tested as you do.... for days it came up negative....but today I've done two First Reponse and both came up with a faintish pink line within a minute of doing the test.

Having never seen a positive test (despite 2 & 1/2 yrs of trying) ...I'm beyond excited but have come back to earth with a bump fearing that this could be remnants of the trigger shot????

I think it's pretty safe to say it's a BFP hun!!!! You had days of neg tests before the pos+, so it doesn't seem it could be related at all to the trigger shot!!!!

I know how hard it is to get your hopes up- especially when you first see that faint line! lol. So if you want to ease your mind then call your doc and make an appt for blood work to check your beta levels Honestly, it took several different tests showing BFP before I actually believed it was true! lol.

just did a CB Digital and it def says Pregnant 1-2 weeks!!!!

i'm so super excited

Official ETD not til Fri so think I'll test again then to be sure!

If it was neg (after the trigger) but is now pos, it's most likely you're pregnant. I don't think the trigger lasts as long as people think. I done mine Thursday night and I can hardly see a line today (unless I turn my head and squint hard!).

I pee'd on a dgi early this morning, official test day, and it said 'pregnant, 2-3 weeks' which I assume means 4-5 weeks?! So freaking excited!!! Yipppppeeeeee
