Trigger Shot fail with good follicles?

Ok, so on Tuesday I had a 20mm and 22mm follie on the left, and 3 on the right at 15, 16, and 16. My E2 was 242. They had me trigger that night at 8PM (we are doing TI this round). I went in this morning for my release u/s - and they couldn't tell if I released or not? They said one MAY have and then blew up into a corpeus l. So bloodwork to confirm. Great right? INCONCLUSIVE. My progesterone on Tuesday was .8, today it was 1.18. They said it was still too low to be indicative of ovulation (which is anything over 2).

Anyone else had this happen? Could my progesterone just be low/slow rising? Maybe I ovulated late? Does anyone NOT ovulate with the trigger? I finally had a good month with great follicles, and this happens. UGH.
